  • Supervise on-site maintenance teams and ensure timely repairs, property inspections and preventive care. In charge of all construction projects and working with external contractors

  • Manages leasing processes, coordinates move-ins and move-outs, tenant screening, lease agreements, showing properties to potential tenants, ensures high occupancy rates.
